1. Your card details are ONLY used to guarantee a reservation made by your for Hotel El Ducado. Your card will not be charged unless one of the following events occur:
- You do not show ( a NO-SHOW ) on the date agreed in the reservation. Each reserved room will be charged the value of 1 night.
- You cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the arrival date. Each reserved room will be charged the value of 1 night.
- You left Hotel El Ducado without paying your bill. All outstanding charges will be charged.
To avoid being charged for a NO SHOW or Late cancellation, please cancel your reservation by email of fax at least 24 hours before your arrival date.
2. In case we charge your card as a result of one of the above described events, the amount which will be charged by MultiCards, our partner who processes our creditcard payments for us. MultiCards is located in The Netherlands, so therefor your credit card will be charged by MultiCards in The Netherlands.
3. We have choosen MultiCards as our partner as they process the whole transaction on a secure server, using Verisign SSL 128bit encryption, to protect your privacy and assure a safe transaction.
